non-frozen green slime found 36 ft from pull elbow in conduit. I think it is somewhere past the 3rd elbow and in the riprap. |

Conduit physical damage. Note frost behind the conduit. This was the only section that had frost behind the conduit at 1400 local, including other places which were in direct sunlight plus against the concrete. |
